NavigationGate processes sensor fusion directly on the board rather than relying on a host computer, integrating inertial data with dual-antenna, RTK-compatible GNSS and auxiliary sensors. The unit outputs continuous position, velocity, and attitude data via CAN and RS422 interfaces. According to OSCP founder and CEO Kazem Zandi, the product addresses a critical continuity gap for operators who struggle with signal degradation rather than basic sensor limitations.

OSCP Unveils NavigationGate to Combat Satellite Signal Interference
With up to 38 percent of European air traffic now navigating through zones plagued by radio-frequency interference, Montréal-based OSCP has launched NavigationGate. This new processing unit transforms the company's inertial measurement units into full inertial navigation systems, ensuring platforms maintain accurate positioning when satellite signals fail.

The system is compatible with the company's MK2 IMU family, including the tactical-grade photonic MK2E2 and the navigational-grade MK2Z. In a recent 21-minute test conducted under satellite-denied conditions, the photonic IMU achieved a drift of just 5.7 meters, significantly outperforming MEMS-based units that drifted 20.5 meters. Measuring 75.5 by 58.5 by 30 millimeters and operating on 12 to 34 volts, the hardware is manufactured in Montréal and remains ITAR-free. Pre-orders for the initial production batch are currently open.
