Jay Rouse Named Chief Revenue Officer at ConstructConnect

Reporting directly to CEO Buck Brody, Rouse will direct the company’s go-to-market strategy. His mandate centers on scaling operations while maintaining the firm's focus on contractor and manufacturer retention. Brody highlighted Rouse's track record in scaling revenue as a primary driver for the hire, noting the need to align the company's expanding AI capabilities with its established market intelligence offerings.

Rouse previously played a pivotal role at Paycor, where he helped grow revenue from $5 million to over $700 million and managed a team of more than 600 employees. His experience navigating the transition from a private entity to a public company, following Paycor’s acquisition by Paychex, is expected to inform his approach to ConstructConnect’s current growth phase. A graduate of Miami University, Rouse plans to spend his initial weeks engaging directly with the company's client base and internal service teams to refine the firm's outreach.
