From policy advocates to mental health reformers, 25 individuals are being honored for transforming the military experience through direct action. The 2026 Mighty 25, announced by We Are The Mighty, spotlights leaders who bridge gaps in care, employment, and support for service members and their families across the United States.
This year’s recognition coincides with the 10th anniversary of the Military Influencer Conference, which will host nearly 4,000 attendees in Tampa from September 23 to 26. The honorees will be officially celebrated during a gala on September 25 at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, featuring a red carpet experience hosted by TikTok. Katherine Torres-Pummill, general manager of Recurrent Military, noted that the group is defined by their varied approaches to impact—ranging from opening professional doors for veterans to strengthening local support networks.
