Acer has unveiled the Veriton RI110, a compact workstation designed to handle complex agentic AI workloads locally. Announced in Berlin, the system leverages Intel’s latest silicon to support models with up to 120 billion parameters, targeting professional environments that require a balance of high-performance computing, data security, and physical space efficiency.
Hardware scalability is a primary focus of the design, highlighted by the integration of OCuLink connectivity. This interface provides a 64 Gbps bandwidth link, allowing users to attach external GPUs or high-speed NVMe storage directly to the system with minimal latency. The workstation also includes dual LAN ports (10GbE and 2.5GbE) and Wi-Fi 7 to ensure stable networking for data-intensive projects. The device is scheduled for release in North America during the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by a rollout in EMEA markets in the first quarter of 2027.
