Two industrial giants with a combined 175-year legacy have joined forces to launch the Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation. Based in Oak Brook, Illinois, the new entity integrates fire protection expertise with complex pipe joining and flow management systems to serve the modern infrastructure and construction markets.
CEO G. Jason Hild noted that the unification addresses the growing complexity of modern construction projects, where schedules are tightening and stakeholders require multi-faceted system solutions. The company now offers an expansive portfolio that includes fire sprinklers, flow control valves, structural support, and digital engineering tools. Existing contracts and support relationships will remain unchanged, with both legacy websites continuing to operate during the transition period.
