Reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Tim Strickland, Krowel assumes the role of Senior Vice President of North America Sales for the private sector, while Grabner joins as Senior Vice President for the public sector. Their addition follows a recent Gartner analysis that ranked Keeper as the second fastest-growing security software company globally, second only to Google.

Keeper Security Appoints New Sales Heads for Private and Public Sectors
Chicago-based identity security firm Keeper Security has tapped Jessica Krowel and Bill Grabner to lead its North American sales divisions. The appointments arrive as the company scales its go-to-market strategy following a 53.4% revenue surge in 2025, a growth rate significantly outpacing the broader security software market.

Krowel arrives with nearly two decades of experience in identity and access management, including tenures at CyberArk and Delinea. Grabner brings over 20 years of federal and public sector leadership, most recently serving at JMA Wireless after roles at Cisco and Ribbon Communications. Both executives are tasked with driving adoption of the company's zero-trust platform as enterprises transition away from fragmented security tools toward unified solutions. Recent industry data underscores this shift: while Keeper’s platform continues to expand, only 36% of organizations currently have a fully deployed privileged access management solution, leaving a significant portion of the market vulnerable to identity-based risks.
