The acquisition encompasses New Tech Global Ventures, New Tech Global Rig Personnel, and NTG Auburn. While the first two entities will bolster Airswift’s upstream staffing capabilities, the third will be rebranded as Auburn Energy Management to provide contract operations and technical advisory services. This move allows the firm to offer a wider array of project and asset management solutions to its energy clients.

Airswift CEO James Allen noted that the firm has long targeted NTG for its established contractor community and deep customer relationships in the U.S. market. For his part, NTG CEO Keith Grimes stated that pairing his firm’s specialist expertise with Airswift’s global infrastructure provides a stronger platform for long-term growth. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition marks a strategic commitment by Airswift to meet the durable demand for skilled talent in the energy sector.
