The collaboration connects Bybit to more than 300 wallets, exchanges, and financial applications already operating within the Mesh ecosystem. For customers, this means they can select Bybit Pay at checkout, authorizing transactions using funds stored in their exchange accounts without moving assets to an external wallet or converting them manually. Merchants integrated with Mesh can enable this payment method through their existing technical setup, effectively gaining access to the exchange’s user base as a new source of liquidity.
Mesh, which reached a $1 billion valuation following a $75 million funding round in January, provides the underlying tools for this connection. The platform manages the complexities of settlement, allowing businesses to configure how and when they receive funds across various markets. According to Bam Azizi, co-founder and CEO of Mesh, the goal is to bridge the gap between where money resides and where it is spent, reducing the friction typically associated with digital asset transactions.
