IRSA Reports Fiscal Year 2026 Profit of 420.9 Billion Pesos
Argentina's largest real estate firm, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones, posted a net income of 420,977 million pesos for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The results reflect a significant climb from the 261,911 million pesos reported in 2025, buoyed by strong performance in the company's hotel and office rental segments.

IRSA’s premium office properties maintained full occupancy throughout the year. The company is currently expanding its Polo Dot complex with a new 15,350 square meter building anchored by Mercado Libre. Simultaneously, the firm is advancing its large-scale mixed-use project, Ramblas del Plata, where it has successfully executed 20 land swap agreements to date. On the capital markets side, the company issued 230 million dollars in notes and closed the fiscal year with a market capitalization of approximately 1.3 billion dollars.
