Main Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Workforce Software Orgvue

Main Capital Partners has officially entered the UK market, acquiring a majority stake in Orgvue, a London-based specialist in Strategic Workforce Management software. The investment aims to accelerate the firm's international expansion and product development as global enterprises increasingly prioritize complex workforce modeling and optimization.

Orgvue manages a cloud-native platform serving nearly 200 large-scale clients, including Aviva, Mars, and HM Government. Supported by a workforce of approximately 250 professionals, the company maintains offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Beyond direct enterprise sales, the firm partners with over 50 global consulting entities that integrate its data models into their organizational planning services.

Sjoerd Aarts, Managing Partner at Main, noted that the investment targets the structural growth in continuous workforce planning. Orgvue CEO Oliver Shaw stated that the partnership will leverage Main’s international network to broaden the company's product capabilities and reach. Main Capital Partners, which manages roughly EUR 12 billion in assets, maintains a portfolio of over 55 software companies and intends to support Orgvue through both organic growth and selective strategic acquisitions.
