The Hong Kong-listed company funded the acquisition using idle cash reserves generated from its traditional online card and board game operations. Executed through licensed trading platforms, the purchases were completed at an average cost of $68,280 per Bitcoin. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the deal was classified as a discloseable transaction, as the percentage ratios exceeded 5% but remained below the 25% threshold.

Boyaa’s strategy centers on integrating these digital assets into its growing Web3 ecosystem. The company has already earmarked over 1,700 BTC for future deployment across various initiatives, including blockchain staking, liquidity pools for its YAAKO Wallet, and in-game rewards for the upcoming Pet Land title. These allocations are designed to support the operational stability of its proprietary networks, such as the Boyaa Network and the MTT Network. To secure its treasury, Boyaa maintains its holdings with institutional-grade custodians, utilizing offline cold-storage environments, multisignature authorization, and hardware security modules to manage private keys.
