Owners Jeff Desso, Derek Cressman, and Marc Williams will maintain ownership of the firm while focusing on their respective domains of marketing, technical services, and operations.

This leadership change marks a pivot point for the company as it scales its specialized services, including high-performance coatings and precision flatness remediation for automated warehouses. Derek Cressman noted that Joyner’s experience in organizational scaling is essential for capitalizing on the firm's current growth trajectory.
