Luis Romero joins the firm as Chief Revenue Officer, arriving from Canela Media and The Guardian with two decades of experience in commercial strategy. He will oversee the company's publisher network, aiming to translate cultural relevance into tangible business results. Joining him is Ying Miao, the former CFO of Converge, who takes on the same role at My Code. Recently named Marketing Industry CFO of the Year, Miao is tasked with scaling the company's financial infrastructure to support its expanding creative and media portfolio.

The final piece of the leadership puzzle is Dave LiCalzi, promoted from within to Chief Operating Officer. A veteran of Paramount and ESPN, LiCalzi is charged with unifying the agency’s go-to-market engine. By streamlining operations across product marketing and client solutions, Duncan aims to shorten the gap between brand needs and creative delivery. This restructuring reflects a broader effort to turn My Code’s cultural intelligence into a scalable asset for its Fortune 100 client base.
