The joint project targets critical community gaps in regions hardest hit by the disaster. In Kabupaten Langkat, North Sumatra, the initiative focused on restoring learning environments at Yayasan Pendidikan Rahman El-Manaf Bubun and SDN 057239 Sekoci. Renovations at the Yayasan school included structural repairs to floors and learning spaces, alongside the provision of new classroom furniture for 187 students. At SDN 057239 Sekoci, the work encompassed electrical installations and the refurbishment of specialized areas, such as the library and religious studies rooms, serving 90 students and their instructors.

Bybit Indonesia Funds Flood Recovery Efforts in Sumatra and Aceh
More than 400 residents in Aceh have regained access to clean water while students in North Sumatra return to renovated classrooms, following a recovery initiative led by Bybit Indonesia and the local fundraising platform Kitabisa to address the lingering infrastructure damage caused by the severe floods of November 2025.
Beyond educational facilities, the collaboration addressed urgent health and utility needs in Desa Balee Panah, Aceh. A newly constructed borewell now serves approximately 125 households, providing a stable water supply for daily consumption. Lawrence Samantha, CEO of Bybit Indonesia, noted that the firm prioritized practical contributions to help families return to normalcy. Vikra Ijas, CEO of Kitabisa, emphasized that such sustained local partnerships are essential for stabilizing community life in the wake of environmental crises.
