LA Fitness Completes $1.4 Million Overhaul in Indianapolis
A $1.4 million renovation at the Lawrence-Pendleton Pike LA Fitness has transformed the facility into a modernized hub for strength and recovery. The club, which officially reopened its doors to members on August 21, now features expanded training zones, a dedicated Pilates studio, and updated amenities throughout the 9930 Pendleton Pike location.

Beyond the gym floor, the club has integrated a boutique Pilates by LA Fitness studio to broaden its wellness offerings. The facility’s aesthetic and functional upgrades include refreshed sauna areas, new tile flooring in locker rooms and the pool deck, and durable rubber flooring installed in the heavy lifting zones. Jill Hill, President of Club Operations at Fitness International, stated that the improvements aim to provide members with a higher standard of experience as they pursue their health objectives. The Indianapolis site serves as part of a broader strategy by Fitness International to modernize its portfolio of over 600 locations across North America.
