Investors Face November Deadline in Lincoln Educational Services Lawsuit

The class action lawsuit alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding the effectiveness of its student enrollment and conversion processes.

Investors Face November Deadline in Lincoln Educational Services Lawsuit

The legal action, initiated by the Rosen Law Firm, claims that Lincoln Educational Services failed to disclose critical flaws in its admissions pipeline. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company’s internal processes were failing to convert enrolled students into actual program starts. This discrepancy led to a significant decline in student starts, a reality the lawsuit argues was hidden from the market through misleading positive statements about business operations.

Investors who acquired LINC shares during the specified period may be entitled to compensation without incurring out-of-pocket costs, as the litigation operates on a contingency fee basis. While a lawsuit has already been filed, no class has been certified yet. Affected parties retain the right to select their own counsel, remain an absent class member, or apply to act as a representative party directing the litigation. Those interested in participating can contact Phillip Kim at the Rosen Law Firm for further documentation.
