Denis G. Murphy joins the firm as a partner in the Little Falls office, bringing three decades of experience in public contracting, ethics, and governmental authority disputes. His background includes serving as general and special counsel to various New Jersey entities. Joining him in Little Falls as associates are Kimberly Diaz and Serene N. Hozien, both of whom arrive following judicial clerkships in the New Jersey Superior Court.

Michael B. Mietlicki joins the firm as counsel, working primarily out of the Red Bank office. His practice centers on complex commercial litigation, corporate governance, and intellectual property disputes. Managing Partner Donald Scarinci noted that the firm’s aggressive hiring strategy is designed to maintain a consistent standard of legal counsel for its clients. This latest round of recruitment follows several previous additions throughout the summer, including an eight-attorney team led by Mark A. Tabakin in June and a significant expansion of the litigation department in August.
