The platform, known as Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI), aims to replace traditional spreadsheets and manual reporting with automated workflows. It allows fund and asset managers to validate data rooms, model regulatory risks, and stress-test portfolios against macroeconomic variables like inflation and energy pricing. By integrating physics-based energy simulations with financial modeling, the system identifies hidden financial upside that often escapes conventional analysis.
Empira Group, which manages a EUR 14 billion portfolio, has already adopted the platform to support its transition-to-green strategy. According to Torsten Bergmann, VP of Investment Advisory at Empira, the tool is essential for reconciling resilient returns with credible decarbonization. The software proved its capacity in a recent engagement, where it uncovered a 90% variance in potential Green Capex across an 11-country portfolio.
