Diamond Certified Brings Contractor Rating System to Colorado
Homeowners in Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder, and Jefferson counties now have a new tool for vetting local home services. American Ratings Corporation is extending its reach beyond the San Francisco Bay Area, launching its rigorous, research-based certification process specifically for roofing contractors across the Colorado front range.

Unlike standard review platforms that allow open-access posting, the Diamond Certified process relies on surveys of randomly sampled, verified customers. Beyond customer feedback, candidates undergo credential checks covering business licensing and insurance, alongside assessments of their performance history. According to Director of Ratings David Pak, the goal is to help businesses compete on service quality rather than price alone, increasing their visibility in search engine results and local market comparisons. For the past 25 years, the organization has operated primarily in California, maintaining a directory that serves over 180,000 preferred members.
