Karen Sutherland, vice president of human resources for data centers in the Americas, noted that the rapid customer adoption of advanced thermal management technology has necessitated a larger, committed team. Beyond the immediate hiring push, the firm is utilizing a billboard campaign across the Milwaukee area to sustain momentum. Successful applicants will gain access to health insurance and benefits starting on their first day of employment.
