TekStream Spins Off Recruiting Division Into New Brand MissionTek Advisors

MissionTek Advisors launches with a portfolio that includes recruitment process outsourcing, technical talent acquisition, and a focus on cleared personnel for defense and intelligence sectors. By moving the recruitment capabilities out of the parent company, TekStream intends to provide a more dedicated platform for managing high-stakes hiring in areas like cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and cloud engineering.

Mark Gannon, executive vice president at the new firm and co-founder of TekStream, noted that the move allows the team to scale its industry-specific approach while maintaining the hands-on service model that defined its previous work. The new brand enters the market backed by a team averaging over 15 years of experience per recruiter and a track record of supporting more than 200 clients. While TekStream maintains its core focus on digital resilience and managed security, MissionTek Advisors will operate as a specialized partner to handle the human capital requirements that drive these technical environments.
