Broadband infrastructure provider PomeGran Inc. has debuted a new podcast series, The Fibre Files, aimed at shifting the conversation from technical specifications toward the human impact of internet access. Hosted by broadcaster Sam Laprade, the show explores how high-speed connectivity influences rural entrepreneurship, education, and economic development across Canada.

The series moves beyond hardware to investigate the practical consequences of digital infrastructure in underserved regions. According to Dr. Kalai S. Kalaichelvan, Chairman and CEO of PomeGran, the project serves as a platform to unite voices from government, industry, and local communities to address the evolving needs of those living outside urban centers.

The inaugural episode, Beyond Broadband, features Tamara Moellenberg of ReD Associates, who discusses the intersection of human behavior, remote work, and artificial intelligence. Future installments are set to include insights from figures such as Cochrane, Ontario Mayor Peter Politis and consultant Rob Barlow. Listeners can access the program via Spotify, while video versions are available through NIVO, PomeGran’s dedicated consumer internet brand.
