By integrating tools like Listing Lens and automated owner reports, the platform seeks to slash administrative time; internal benchmarks suggest that tasks like generating revenue projections can drop from an hour to just one minute. Amber Donevant of Carolina One Vacation Rentals noted that the improved reporting transparency has been critical for navigating difficult conversations with homeowners regarding property performance.

Beyond is also opening its infrastructure through Advanced Connectivity, which provides API access to the company's pricing and market data. This allows property managers to link their own AI assistants directly to the platform for tasks like bulk price adjustments or custom data extraction. To ensure safety, the system includes explicit permission layers and log-based auditing, preventing unauthorized changes to rental listings.

For larger portfolios, the new Performance Manager replaces manual cross-referencing with a heat-map matrix. This tool segments performance by market, bedroom count, or unit type, allowing managers to identify underperforming segments instantly and transition directly into the pricing dashboard to implement fixes. Alongside these features, the October release includes over 40 additional updates, ranging from AI-powered dispute centers for payments to new integrations with PMS providers like Resly and PropertyStack, further cementing the company's push toward a fully automated revenue management ecosystem.
