Planet Fitness Launches October Fundraiser for Youth Mentorship

With the start of National Bullying Prevention Month, Planet Fitness has kicked off its annual nationwide fundraising drive to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The campaign seeks to bolster the Judgement Free Generation initiative, which provides academic scholarships and resources focused on fostering kindness and inclusion among young people.

Planet Fitness Launches October Fundraiser for Youth Mentorship

Since 2016, the partnership has generated over $12 million to support youth development, resulting in the creation of 50 mini Judgement Free Zones within clubs and specialized anti-bullying training for more than 1,100 staff members. This year's push highlights the stories of recent scholarship recipients—high school seniors recognized for their community leadership. McCall Gosselin, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Planet Fitness, noted that the company aims to extend its culture of welcoming spaces to the next generation.

Members and guests can contribute through October at local club front desks, via in-club kiosks, or online at PFGives.com. According to Jim Clark, President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, these donations directly facilitate programs that help teens build confidence and well-being. With approximately 21.5 million members across its global footprint, Planet Fitness continues to use its scale to drive these philanthropic efforts, ensuring that every dollar raised goes toward youth programming and pro-kindness initiatives.
