Investors Invited to Lead Securities Class Action Against Alphabet Inc.

Investors who purchased Alphabet Inc. securities between May 19 and July 16, 2026, are being sought to serve as lead plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit. Filed by the Rosen Law Firm, the litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the development and performance of the company's Gemini 3.5 Pro artificial intelligence model.

The lawsuit contends that Alphabet leadership issued materially false or misleading statements concerning the firm's operations during the specified period. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company failed to disclose that Gemini 3.5 Pro was yielding disappointing training results, a setback that would ultimately necessitate significant delays in the product's launch. Plaintiffs argue these omissions rendered public assurances about Alphabet's business trajectory and prospects baseless, resulting in financial losses for shareholders once the true state of the project entered the market.

Individuals who held GOOGL or GOOG stock during this window have until December 1, 2026, to move the court for lead plaintiff status. While the Rosen Law Firm is soliciting participants, no class has been formally certified at this stage. Investors retain the right to select their own counsel, remain absent class members, or act independently, as serving as a lead plaintiff is not a prerequisite for participating in any potential future recovery.
