The redesign marks a strategic shift for the resort, which serves as the inland counterpart to its nearby beachfront sister property. By incorporating elements inspired by Southwest Florida’s native mangroves and Audubon-certified grounds, the architects have replaced formal hotel desks with curved settees and residential-style built-ins. The transformation culminates in the revamped Presidential Suite, a sanctuary featuring deep greens and charcoal tones, complemented by preserved marble flooring and bespoke artisan textiles.

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón Unveils Multi-Million-Dollar Redesign
The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón has officially debuted a comprehensive property transformation, trading its traditional dark wood aesthetic for a brighter, residential-style interior. Spearheaded by Parker Torres Design, the multi-million-dollar project introduces refreshed guest accommodations, an elevated Club Lounge, and a trio of new culinary concepts centered on Florida coastal ingredients.
Beyond the guestrooms, the property has expanded its social footprint with the introduction of Palmera, a high-energy bar and restaurant led by Executive Chef Jared Young. The menu emphasizes zero-waste sustainability, utilizing local Gulf Coast harvests and regional citrus. Alongside the new dining options—which include the Parisian-inspired Fenrose and Café Fenrose—the resort has added Swaying Palm, a 2,700-square-foot venue designed for large-scale gatherings and celebrations. These updates reinforce the resort’s status as a hub for active leisure, maintaining its focus on the Greg Norman-designed golf courses and the Mouratoglou Tennis Center.
