The 2026 cohort, selected by a BioSpace committee, includes leaders such as Strand Therapeutics CEO Jake Becraft, Mammoth Biosciences co-founder Trevor Martin, and CG Oncology CEO Arthur Kuan. These professionals were nominated between July and August, meeting strict criteria that required them to hold leadership roles within U.S.-based companies. According to Josh Goodwin, CEO of BioSpace, this group represents the next generation of biopharma, demonstrating a tangible impact on patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Beyond the executive ranks, the list features specialists in biology, data science, and business development from organizations ranging from Bristol Myers Squibb and Genentech to specialized innovators like Maze Therapeutics and Scribe Therapeutics.
