CEO Dan Beatty addressed the attendees, emphasizing that the bank’s history of community service since 1911 relies directly on the stability provided by its veteran workforce. The honorees, whose tenures span from five to 30 years, represent a collective 245 years of service to the New Jersey-based institution.

Cecilia Metzgar led the group with 30 years of service, followed by Jennifer Finer and Aimee Zschack at the 25-year mark. Other recognized veterans included Thomas D'Urso, Deborah O'Brien, and Deena Smith, who each reached 20 years. The event provided a rare break from daily banking operations, allowing staff to trade routine office tasks for team-building activities in a relaxed setting. For the family-owned bank, the gathering underscored the role of internal consistency in maintaining its wealth management and consumer service standards across the region.
