Plume Launches AI-Driven Console to Automate ISP Network Management

Palo Alto-based Plume Design has unveiled Plume Console, an AI-native command center designed to help internet service providers resolve subscriber issues and identify growth opportunities. Debuting at the Network X conference in Vienna, the platform allows operators to deploy autonomous agents across WiFi, security, and customer care systems.

Plume Launches AI-Driven Console to Automate ISP Network Management

The platform functions as a centralized hub for ISP teams, transforming massive datasets—spanning 50 million homes and 600 million connected devices—into actionable intelligence. By utilizing pre-built or custom-designed AI agents, operators can address complex technical hurdles that previously required months of manual data analysis. These agents are capable of investigating connectivity drops, identifying churn indicators, and triggering automated resolutions via existing CRM or ticketing software.

According to Plume, the integration of such automation significantly impacts operational efficiency. Internal data indicates that providers utilizing the company’s broader technology suite experience 31% lower churn and 20% fewer technician visits. For partners like the Portuguese provider NOS, the console represents a shift toward proactive service, allowing teams to resolve home connectivity issues before they escalate into service calls or subscriber cancellations.

The system is designed to evolve: as agents resolve recurring issues, those solutions are converted into permanent automations, progressively reducing the manual workload for network operations, security analysts, and marketing teams. This collective learning model ensures that threat intelligence gathered on one network—such as the recent detection of the 'SuperProxy' malware strain—is shared across the entire global platform, providing immediate protection to all participating ISPs without requiring individual manual intervention.
