Garmin Debuts Third-Generation MARQ Luxury Tool Watch Collection
Garmin has unveiled the third generation of its MARQ collection, a series of six luxury tool watches designed for specialized pursuits. Starting at $2,500, the updated lineup integrates premium Grade-5 titanium construction with advanced navigation, satellite connectivity, and comprehensive health-tracking features housed in a larger 1.4-inch AMOLED display.
Technological upgrades across the board include preloaded worldwide TopoActive mapping and an integrated LED flashlight. A significant addition is the inclusion of inReach connectivity, allowing users to send messages and trigger SOS alerts via satellite or LTE networks. The watches also incorporate a microphone and speaker for voice commands. For health monitoring, the devices now offer ECG capabilities to detect atrial fibrillation, alongside detailed recovery reporting that analyzes sleep quality and training readiness. All models provide up to 18 days of battery life in smartwatch mode.
