A 194-unit luxury high-rise is rising in East Harlem as Bravo Property Trust finalized an $80 million construction loan for the 2201 3rd Avenue project. The development targets a supply-constrained New York City market, banking on the site's proximity to major transit hubs and steady demand for high-end urban rentals.

The tower will anchor a strategic location near the Harlem-125th Street Metro-North station and multiple subway lines, including the 4, 5, 6, 2, and 3 trains. Beyond its transit connectivity, the building is designed to attract professionals with a comprehensive suite of amenities, such as a fitness center, dedicated co-working areas, a rooftop deck, and pet-focused facilities.

Aaron Krawitz, founder and CEO of Bravo Property Trust, noted that the asset aligns with the firm’s strategy of backing developments in high-demand urban corridors. With this latest commitment, the lender continues to expand its portfolio, which has surpassed $2.5 billion in multifamily and healthcare real estate financing since the firm’s inception.
