Na Mei Named Acting CEO of Yiren Digital
Following a sudden leadership transition announced yesterday, Yiren Digital has appointed former CFO Na Mei as Acting Chief Executive Officer. Effective October 13, 2026, Mei steps into the role to stabilize management operations as the Beijing-based firm pivots further toward its AI-native platform strategy.
The board of directors selected Mei to ensure continuity following the departure of the previous CEO. In her new capacity, she will manage daily operations while working alongside the existing executive team to oversee Yiren Digital’s ongoing expansion into AI-driven services, including its Zhiyu large language model and the MagiCube Agent platform.
