SuperCom Secures Seventh New York Electronic Monitoring Contract

A New York adult probation and parole agency has awarded SuperCom a direct contract for its GPS tracking technology, marking the company’s seventh such win in the state since mid-2024. The agreement triggers a full displacement of the agency's current monitoring provider and begins rollout this November.

The deal centers on the deployment of PureOne, an all-in-one GPS bracelet designed for continuous indoor and outdoor monitoring. The system provides tamper detection and dynamic geo-fence alerts, integrating into the company's broader PureSecurity Suite. SuperCom operates this contract under a recurring revenue model based on daily active units.

President and CEO Ordan Trabelsi noted that the company has secured more than 50 new contracts nationwide since its expansion began in mid-2024. This latest win follows a trend of New York agencies transitioning away from legacy systems in favor of SuperCom’s hardware. Beyond the U.S. market, the firm reports over 20 national project wins across Europe, leveraging a strategy that combines direct agency relationships with local service provider partnerships.
