Lantern Launches Glo to Automate Staffing and Recruiting Workflows

Staffing firms have long relied on software that merely records the past, acting as little more than a digital filing cabinet. Lantern is challenging this model at the American Staffing Association’s Staffing World in Denver, debuting Glo, an AI-native platform designed to actively drive recruiting decisions and prioritize daily tasks.

Lantern Launches Glo to Automate Staffing and Recruiting Workflows

Traditional applicant tracking systems wait for human input to document completed actions like job applications or closed contracts. Glo shifts this dynamic by observing signals across candidates, clients, and revenue streams to reason through business urgency. CEO Peter Tomassi argues that by evaluating the entire operating picture, the platform directs recruiters toward the most impactful tasks, ultimately accelerating placement speeds. The system replaces fragmented tools—including CRMs and disconnected candidate portals—with three integrated interfaces. The Desk provides recruiters with a ranked queue of high-priority actions, while the Client Room and Candidate Room centralize feedback and onboarding to maintain momentum. At the core of the platform is Luci, an intelligence engine that manages the workflow from signal identification to outcome. By surfacing tasks that are slipping, the software allows managers to focus on high-level strategy rather than administrative data entry. Attendees at Staffing World can view demonstrations of the platform at Booth 314 through October 14.
