Integrated Research debuts Clarion to bridge IT visibility gap

When a video call drops or audio breaks up, the immediate friction between remote staff and IT support often stems from a simple, unresolved question: is the failure caused by the local home network or the corporate platform? Sydney-based Integrated Research launched Clarion on October 15 to settle this debate.

Integrated Research debuts Clarion to bridge IT visibility gap

Clarion operates as a standalone SaaS product built on the company’s new AI-powered platform, Iris. It replaces traditional reactive troubleshooting with a lightweight desktop widget that provides employees with real-time, plain-language diagnostics before issues escalate. By monitoring the technology stack—including devices and network connections—rather than the employees, the tool allows staff to identify and fix localized problems like weak Wi-Fi without filing a support ticket.

For IT departments, the software aggregates telemetry across the entire workforce, moving beyond isolated device monitoring to reveal broader infrastructure trends. When intervention is required, the platform automatically supplies technical context, reducing the time spent on manual investigation. Integrated Research CEO Ian Lowe stated that this cloud-native approach allows the company to deploy observability tools to a wider array of hybrid and contact center environments. The software is available immediately, with the company offering a 30-day trial for new users.
