The partnership allows institutional clients to maintain their funds within a fully reserved bank while simultaneously meeting margin requirements on the Clear Markets Swap Execution Facility. Because N3XT operates on a private blockchain, it supports programmable payments that move 24/7, matching the operational tempo of crypto and digital-asset derivatives. Clear Markets manages the collateral technology layer without taking custody of the underlying cash.

Clear Markets and N3XT Launch 24/7 Dollar Collateral Infrastructure
Institutions can now pledge U.S. dollar deposits held at the Wyoming-chartered bank N3XT as collateral for round-the-clock trading. By integrating N3XT into the Collateralizer network, Clear Markets enables real-time margin management for derivatives, forwards, and swaps, bridging the gap between traditional banking custody and 24/7 digital asset markets.
This infrastructure addresses the growing demand for dollar-denominated liquidity that does not sleep. Rather than locking capital in static accounts, firms can use N3XT-held dollars to secure borrowing or fund third-party exchanges. Shawn Dorsch, President of Clear Markets, noted that the move streamlines regulated swap execution by keeping collateral at an independent custodian. Jeffrey Wallis, CEO of N3XT, emphasized that this connectivity provides the instant dollar rails necessary for modern, on-chain financial workflows. Both companies are currently evaluating further use cases for these round-the-clock dollar capabilities across broader settlement and trading environments.
