Kelly Rakowski Named CEO of All Star Healthcare Solutions
After a period of aggressive expansion and private equity backing, All Star Healthcare Solutions has appointed industry veteran Kelly Rakowski as its new Chief Executive Officer. Effective October 26, 2026, Rakowski will oversee the firm’s integrated strategy as it maintains its position among the top five U.S. locum tenens providers.
The appointment follows a series of strategic moves for the Boca Raton-based company. Since partnering with the investment firm Knox Lane in May 2024, All Star has acquired both Cross Country Locums and Integrity Locums. These additions have diversified the company's service portfolio and expanded its footprint in the national healthcare market. Rakowski intends to unify these acquisitions under a single integrated vision, leveraging the firm’s existing technology and personnel to increase patient access and enhance service delivery for their network of hospital systems.
