The 21shares Lighter ETP, trading under the ticker LIHT, debuted on Deutsche Börse Xetra, while the Venice Token ETP (VENC) arrived on Switzerland’s SIX exchange. Both products carry an annual fee of 2.50%. By providing a bridge to traditional finance, these listings enable exposure to Lighter’s zero-knowledge perpetual futures platform and Venice’s privacy-oriented AI services, which utilize an API compatible with OpenAI’s interface.

21shares Expands European Crypto ETP Range with Lighter and Venice
Investors across Europe can now gain exposure to decentralized perpetual futures and privacy-focused artificial intelligence through two new physically backed exchange-traded products. Launched by 21shares on October 20, the instruments allow brokerage account holders to track the performance of the LIT and VVV tokens without managing digital assets directly.

Jasmin Muelhaupt, 21shares’ head of financial product development, noted that the products target two distinct growth sectors: decentralized derivatives and private AI compute economics. While the ETPs are backed by their underlying cryptocurrencies held by custodians like Anchorage Digital Bank and BitGo, they do not grant shareholders governance rights or direct control over the assets. The issuer clarified that these securities are not available for public offering in the United States, and market participants should account for the impact of annual fees on overall returns.
