The deployment operates through a Hub and Spoke architecture on Ethereum, where a central Liquidity Hub supplies funds to individual markets managed by Sentora. These markets allow users to leverage assets such as USDe, PRIME, mWIN, and PST. A separate Bluechip market specifically supports borrowing against kBTC. While Sentora determines interest rates, collateral requirements, and liquidation parameters, the Aave DAO maintains ownership of the underlying smart contracts.

Aave V4 Opens First External Lending Markets via Sentora Partnership
Aave has debuted its first externally curated lending markets on V4, delegating risk management to the institutional platform Sentora. This integration allows users to borrow stablecoins like RLUSD, PYUSD, and OUSD against diverse crypto collateral, signaling a shift toward specialized, modular lending environments within the Aave ecosystem.

To mitigate potential exposure, Aave governance enforces strict oversight. Any adjustments to risk parameters require a 48-hour timelock, and the introduction of new collateral assets necessitates a full governance review. This framework ensures that while Sentora operates with independent risk models, the protocol remains protected by community-led safeguards. The current rollout includes three active markets, with plans for a future PYUSD Yield market already identified in the project's technical architecture.
