Beverage Brands Outsource Infrastructure to Solve Omnichannel Chaos

Managing a beverage brand today means navigating a fragmented landscape of Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail giants simultaneously. With manufacturing no longer the primary bottleneck, companies are increasingly turning to specialized logistics providers to handle the complex, post-production work required to keep inventory moving across every digital and physical shelf.

Beverage Brands Outsource Infrastructure to Solve Omnichannel Chaos

MyFBAPrep, which manages over 85 million square feet of warehouse space globally, is positioning itself as the critical link between factory output and consumer delivery. The company calls this emerging category post-production commerce operations, a layer that handles the granular requirements that often stall distribution. This includes everything from Amazon-specific FNSKU labeling and retail-ready palletization to the assembly of variety packs and subscription box configurations.

For many beverage companies, the shift toward omnichannel sales creates a logistical burden that traditional manufacturing facilities are ill-equipped to manage. By outsourcing tasks like expiration-date management and channel-specific compliance, brands are seeing tangible improvements in efficiency. According to MyFBAPrep, its clients have slashed Amazon replenishment timelines from 7–10 days down to 2–3 days. CEO Tom Wicky argues that in a market where speed to marketplace dictates revenue, the ability to rapidly configure inventory is now a primary competitive advantage. As these brands move away from simple distribution models, the infrastructure supporting their backend operations has become just as essential as the product itself.
