The newly introduced SwimEx DepthSelect Series targets high-traffic environments, including professional sports programs and senior living communities. Unlike traditional movable floor systems that require adjusting the entire pool, this design preserves the paddlewheel current and multiple water depths for simultaneous use. By isolating the treadmill zone, facilities can maintain a continuous flow of therapy and training sessions, maximizing the utility of a single pool installation.

SwimEx Launches Targeted Adjustable Depth Therapy Pools
Athletic training facilities and rehab clinics often struggle with treatment bottlenecks, but a new solution from SwimEx aims to solve this by isolating depth adjustments to the underwater treadmill zone, allowing for staged weight-bearing progression without shutting down the entire aquatic environment for other users.

Suzanne Vaughan, President and Owner of SwimEx, noted that the system serves as dependable infrastructure intended to keep rigorous training schedules on track. The technology is particularly effective for accommodating a wide range of user heights, from gymnasts to basketball players, without limiting the number of people who can use the pool during a single session. According to Connie Peterson, an athletic trainer at James Madison University, the ability to customize depth provides the exact level of support needed for individual recovery protocols. The series integrates into the company's 1000 T and 1500 T models, as well as custom configurations, effectively reducing the maintenance complexity associated with full-pool adjustments.
