The report highlights the Seoul-based company's progress in environmental and social performance metrics, emphasizing the integration of sustainability into its core innovation cycles. A key development in this year's disclosure is the commitment to form an ESG Steering Committee by late 2026, a move intended to consolidate management systems and enhance cross-departmental accountability.

Soo-Il Lee, Vice Chairman and CEO, described these efforts as an essential evolution for the firm, noting that governance and operational excellence remain central to satisfying global stakeholder demands. Since becoming a subsidiary of Hankook & Company Group in early 2025, Hanon Systems has maintained a footprint spanning 50 manufacturing sites across 21 countries, focusing on heating, ventilation, and cooling solutions for the modern automotive market.
