Wafra Inc. has expanded its real estate footprint in the Midwest by acquiring the Brownsburg Logistics Park, a three-building industrial complex in Indiana. The firm purchased the 899,080-square-foot portfolio from a joint venture between Scannell Properties and Manulife Investment Management, further cementing its presence in the Indianapolis industrial corridor.
