Triangle Group Secures US$15M to Reshape Asia-Pacific Live Touring

With US$15 million in new capital and the appointment of former Live Nation Asia Pacific President Roger Field, Singapore-based Triangle Group is moving to capture the region’s booming entertainment market. The firm aims to provide localized, end-to-end infrastructure for artists, moving away from the one-size-fits-all global model.

The capital injection includes a US$10 million equity seed round led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from Golden Gate Ventures and the Oberoi Family Office, alongside a US$5 million venture debt facility from Genesis Alternative Ventures. This funding represents a significant institutional bet on the Asia-Pacific experience economy, a sector projected to reach US$75 billion by 2033.

Roger Field, who spent 13 years at Live Nation and oversaw 11 markets as President of Asia Pacific, joins the founders as Executive Director and Operating Partner. His transition follows a year of advisory work, signaling a shift in strategy for the firm. While global operators often rely on standardized templates, Triangle plans to apply high-level operational standards while tailoring tour routes and festival logistics to the nuances of individual regional markets.

Founders Greg Hargrave and Zaran Vachha designed the platform to manage the full financial risk of tours and festivals. By combining Hargrave’s background in scaling fintech and public market operations with Vachha’s expertise in the regional circuit, the group intends to integrate services ranging from concert promotion to travel and hospitality packages. The company currently operates across 18 cities in 9 countries, positioning itself as a homegrown alternative to international conglomerates.
