Italian Wine Podcast Renews Partnership with TEXSOM for 2026

For the third consecutive year, the Italian Wine Podcast is returning to the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas to document the industry’s most pressing conversations. From August 23–25, the series will capture insights from beverage professionals attending the annual TEXSOM conference, aiming to broadcast these expert dialogues to a global audience.

Texas-based journalist and author Jessica Dupuy will host the interview series, facilitating discussions that move beyond the structured environment of conference seminars. The program focuses on the personal and professional trajectories of industry leaders, exploring the decisions and experiences that shape contemporary wine education, retail, and service. Confirmed guests include James Tidwell, Chris Martin, Chris Struck, Debbie Zachareas, and Samantha Cole-Johnson, with further participants to be announced as the conference nears.

Stevie Kim, founder of the Italian Wine Podcast, noted that the collaboration serves to preserve the spontaneous debates and peer-to-peer exchanges that occur during the event. While the podcast maintains a core focus on Italian viticulture, this partnership allows for a broader examination of international hospitality and market development. Episodes will be released via the podcast’s website and major streaming platforms, extending the reach of the conference’s educational mission well beyond the borders of Irving, Texas.
