D.Law Launches In-House Litigation Operating System TREO
Pasadena-based employment law firm D.Law has moved beyond standard case management software by launching TREO, an in-house operating system designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a litigation matter. With full adoption across its 200-person staff, the firm claims the platform now saves every employee four to five hours weekly.
Founder Emil Davtyan characterizes the firm as a technology company that happens to practice law, noting that the software was refined through immediate feedback from attorneys and paralegals working in the same office. Having achieved 100% internal adoption, the firm is now positioning the system not merely as a proprietary utility, but as a scalable software product. While currently restricted to D.Law’s internal operations, the firm’s leadership suggests the platform’s development trajectory points toward wider industry availability.
