USPS Opens 114th Year of Operation Santa
For the 114th consecutive year, the U.S. Postal Service is inviting children and families across the country to send their holiday wish lists to the North Pole. The long-standing initiative aims to connect families facing financial hardship with anonymous donors willing to fulfill their specific gift requests.
Sheila Holman, vice president of marketing for the Postal Service, emphasized the program’s role in providing relief to families for whom holiday gift-giving remains out of reach. Starting November 2, individuals and groups can register to act as donors. The formal adoption window begins on November 16, allowing registered users to select and fulfill letters.
