The collaboration centers on the Crock-Pot Design Series, which features a modern-vintage aesthetic intended for countertop display rather than just utility. Each of the six slow cooker finishes—ranging from Purple Potato to Desert Sage—now serves as a focal point for a corresponding Valspar paint scheme. These palettes include a hero shade and three complementary tones for walls, cabinetry, and trim, offering a structured approach to home decoration.

Crock-Pot and Valspar Partner to Standardize Kitchen Color Palettes
Crock-Pot and paint manufacturer Valspar have launched a collaborative design collection, pairing six of the brand’s new slow cooker colorways with curated paint palettes. The initiative aims to simplify the "color drenching" design trend by providing homeowners with a cohesive starting point for kitchen renovations and interior styling.

Sue Kim, Director of Color Marketing at Valspar, notes that the kitchen has shifted from a strictly functional workspace into a primary hub for gathering and entertainment. By aligning appliance aesthetics with wall colors, the companies hope to create environments that feel intentionally designed. To support this, the brands are launching the Crock-Pot and Valspar Kitchen Refresh Sweepstakes, running from September 21 to September 29, 2026. Winners will receive a slow cooker, a Lowe's gift card for paint, and $1,000 to cover additional kitchen updates. The appliances are currently available at major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and Target, while the specified paint lines are sold at Lowe's and independent home improvement centers.
