REJO Expands European Reach With Modular Heating Technology

At the InterTabac 2026 trade fair in Dortmund, heat-not-burn manufacturer REJO announced its strategic entry into Italy, Germany, Spain, and Austria. The expansion coincides with the debut of the REJO CUBE, a modular device featuring proprietary technology designed to extend the lifecycle of heating sticks through dual-cycle usage.

REJO Expands European Reach With Modular Heating Technology

The REJO CUBE centers on the new "puff-twice" capability, which utilizes the PlusEnjoy™ Eco Mode to allow a second heating cycle. While standard operation yields 16 puffs per stick, this secondary cycle adds up to 12 more, representing a 75% increase in efficiency compared to previous hardware generations. The device incorporates an omnidirectional heating system, OmniHeat™ 360°, and a magnetic FlexiCUBE™ structure that separates the heating pod from the battery.

Beyond hardware, the brand is rolling out the TOZE herbal stick line to support its European growth. These product launches leverage a modular R&D platform that allows the company to swap heating engines and temperature-control systems across different product lines. By prioritizing residue-free maintenance and an interactive LCD interface, the company aims to standardize user experience while accelerating its development cycle across its new regional markets.
